Looks like a lotus flower my professor makes pieces out of bottles too and so have I such a wonderful material plastic. Too bad it can be so dangerous in other ways. But if people made more works like this the world would be colorful to say the least. Lol rambling well really good work. 
I like the different coloured plastics you've used for it. It's really really cool. I can't imagine doing this without slicing yourself though. o_o That'd be a challenge in itself. Lovely work.
